Sayso is owned by MAPM International Pty Ltd. The terms and conditions of the website may be reviewed from time to time and are subject to change. Therefore, those accessing the site after such changes accept the revised terms & conditions. Nothing in this website constitutes a warranty of the products price. All images and text on this website remain the property of MAPM International Pty Ltd. You may not copy or use any part of this website without the express written consent of Sayso. This website has been created under Australian law. Any monetary amounts are expressed in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

COMPETITION TERMS:

Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must subscribe to our mailing list and consent to receive marketing material.
Competition Period
This competition has two draw dates. Entries will be drawn on October 27, 2025 and April 8th 2026. Entries submitted after each draw will automatically roll into the next draw period.
Prize
Each winner will receive one (1) $500 voucher to redeem for FULL PRICED STYLES online at www.saysofootwear.com.au. The voucher will be valid for 36 months from the date of the draw. 
Draw and Winner Notification
Winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries on each draw date. Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.
Voucher Terms
The $500 voucher can only be used on full priced items only at www.saysofootwear.com.au and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher cannot be combined with site discounts or promo codes.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to the competition terms and give permission for their review to be used for promotional purposes.
Changes and Modifications
Sayso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if necessary.

PAYMENT

  • All prices are stated in Australian Dollars. We will not convert your total into any other currency other than Australian Dollars. We will charge your credit card in Australian dollars & where relevant, your credit card company will convert the charges for you.
  • The exchange rate for international online orders will be calculated through PayPal. Prices of products, delivery or any other charges displayed on our website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time.

    The Sayso Footwear AU mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Sayso Footwear AU (“Sayso Footwear AU”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

    By consenting to Sayso Footwear AU’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sayso Footwear AU through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

    You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sayso Footwear AU. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

    We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Sayso Footwear AU mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

    We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes.     The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
